Mobile Terms of Service – Paper Work Tools

The Paper Work Tools mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Paper Work Tools ("Paper Work Tools," "we," or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms of Service ("Mobile Terms").

We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By consenting to Paper Work Tools' SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Paper Work Tools through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.

Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, updates, and abandoned cart reminders.

2. No Purchase Required

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make a purchase, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Paper Work Tools. Participation in this program is completely voluntary.

3. Message & Data Rates

Paper Work Tools does not charge for the Service; however, you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting STOP to +1 (888) 774-7136 or by clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message.

You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate contact. If you are subscribed to multiple Paper Work Tools mobile messaging programs, you must opt out of each program separately unless otherwise required by law.

6. Changes to Numbers or Short Codes

We may change any short code or telephone number used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. Messages sent to outdated numbers, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests sent to numbers no longer in use.

7. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Mobile Number Responsibility

You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If you change your mobile number, you must re-subscribe to the Service using your new number.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Paper Work Tools is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages, errors in message content, or any action taken or not taken in reliance on the Service.
